How it started
Nexttia was incorporated in Málaga in November 2025. Juan Luque and Inerttia founded it with a specific aim: to bring AI into the daily work of companies that already have an ERP, an online store or a CRM and still move data between them by hand.
Juan comes from the client side. From 2011 to 2023 he was head of e-commerce, logistics and customer service at Perfumerías Primor, where he launched the company's first chatbot and a warehouse robotics project. He then worked independently as a consultant and trainer in logistics, e-commerce and, increasingly, AI and automation. The big project of that period was Boticasur, which he built around AI from top to bottom.
Inerttia is the other founding partner. It has more than 25 years in the industry, has had offices at the Andalusia Technology Park since 2005, and provides Nexttia with its premises, administration and server support. Juan runs the company and its projects.
Today we have systems in production at Electrotodo, Navarro Hermanos, Crearal and Gesttia, among others, and we're a Shopify Partner. Two of our products came out of that work: AgentDesk grew out of a customer service project, and AgentSearch began as Electrotodo's site search.

Co-founder and CEO
I spent twelve years at Primor running e-commerce, logistics and customer service. That's where I saw up close what a wrongly entered order costs, what happens when a warehouse can't keep up during peak season, and how the same customer questions come in every single day.
When language models started to work properly, I saw that the part of the job no standard software covered could finally be automated. I tried it first as a consultant and trainer, and in 2025 I founded Nexttia with Inerttia to do it with a proper structure behind it.
I still write code and I sit in the meetings with every client. I also run workshops on AI agents and automation for small businesses in EOI (Escuela de Organización Industrial) programmes in Andalusia, and I write a weekly newsletter on what's new in AI.
Founding partner
Inerttia is a Málaga technology company with more than 25 years of history. It works in IT infrastructure, cloud services, warehouse management with its own WMS (ITTStocks) and e-commerce.
It has held ISO 27001 certification for information security since 2023.
For Nexttia it provides the PTA premises, administration and server support. We share an office with its technical team and ask them for advice often.

What we've built

Electrotodo
A central dashboard (AppCentral) that connects the agent on its Shopify stores, the site search, carrier invoice checks and AgentPrice. AgentPrice compares prices with competitors and suggests changes, but it doesn't touch Shopify until a person approves them. Each AI service uses its own Azure resource, so Electrotodo can see what each one costs.
Navarro Hermanos
A custom CRM synced with the ERP, plus AgentSearch across the spare-parts catalogue. We only have read access to the ERP, and everything runs inside Navarro's own network.
Crearal
A custom ERP for internal operations and an agent that takes quote requests through the website and WhatsApp and records them in that ERP.
Gesttia
Legal document processing with OCR and AI, in batches. The output goes into Excel for their team to review.

How we work
You talk to the people who build it
Juan leads every project and sits in the meetings. Technical decisions don't go through a salesperson.
One server per client
As a rule, each company gets its own server and database. If your data can't leave your network, we install it on your machines, as we did for Navarro Hermanos.
Backups off the server
Daily encrypted backup in a European Union data centre, with a 30-day deletion lock. Even if the server is lost, the backup is still there.
Read-only on other people's systems
When an ERP has no API, we read its database without writing to it. We don't touch the tables of software we didn't build.
A person approves the sensitive steps
An agent can propose a price or prepare an order. Anything with financial consequences is confirmed by someone on your team.
Projects we take on, and ones we don't
We're a good fit if
- You have a process that's done by hand across two or more programs: the ERP, the store, the CRM, email or a spreadsheet.
- You sell online with a large catalogue and your site search or customer service can't keep up.
- You need an internal application that doesn't exist as a product, or the one that exists forces you to work its way.
We'd rather not if
- You want a chatbot so you can say you use AI, with no concrete process behind it.
- Standard software already solves your case for less money. If so, we'll tell you.
- You expect AI to make irreversible decisions on its own, such as applying prices or approving payments.
- The project depends on data or systems we won't be able to access.
