Nexttia was born in 2025 from the convergence of two paths with a common thread: decades of experience solving real business problems. We are not a startup that discovered AI yesterday. We are business and technology professionals who saw in the new generation of artificial intelligence the missing piece to truly transform how businesses operate.

Behind Nexttia are Inerttia, a company with over 25 years in technology consulting and enterprise software, and Juan Luque, with more than a decade of experience in digitalization and technology project management. Inerttia has digitalized hundreds of companies, holds ISO 27001, 9001 and 14001 certifications, and is headquartered at the Andalusia Technology Park. Juan brings product vision and the execution capability of someone who has been building real solutions for businesses for years. Together, they form the foundation we build upon.

The emergence of advanced language models and new development tools opened an opportunity we could not pass up. It was not just about chatbots that answer questions, but about agents capable of executing real actions: updating records, processing information, coordinating systems and automating decisions under specific business rules.
